So why is it so important to have a blog if you already have a website?  Do you know?  Well, for one thing, unlike a website which is somewhat static and serves as a brochure it is what educators over @SplashMediaU refer to as the “central command” and a “living organism.”  Now I’m not so sure I would go as far as to suggest it is actually breathing but okay it makes perfect sense.  The content is fresh, share features allow you to tweet out in a broadcast, and it’s a place where you’re able to demonstrate your talent.

One of the things I’ve always done when looking to provide TWTR consultation to my followers is to share about the reasons it’s very important to consider branding and even a catchy URL when coming up with a blog.  For example, the domain http://www.YourDraftSource.com is a domain that can serve as a blog about beers and/or fantasy sports, the upcoming draft of all of the above.  Having creative content in a blog with this name would likely drive business to your site.

By the way, did you happen to hear that Brian Panish will be debuting the ‘Panish Perspective’ tonight on @SportSXRadio?  If you’d like to learn more about Brian you can visit http://www.panishperspective.com.  Perhaps this might be a sign of things to come.  Got blog?
